Modalities

Appointment cancellation:

If you are unable to keep the appointment, please cancel at least 30 hours in advance. Appointments not cancelled in time will be charged with 25 Euros. Payment of the treatment fee is preferably made in cash or by bank transfer within 10 days of the invoice date.

Reimbursement:

Heilpraktiker fees are billable within the framework of supplementary insurance and private health insurance. Upon request, we will prepare an invoice in accordance with the fee regulation for alternative practitioners (GebüH), which you can submit to your health insurance company. If you hand over a detailed invoice (GebüH) for the health insurance, the fee per treatment appointment increases by 5 euros (with 80% reimbursement this makes 1 €).
